- Pay schedules — Pay a nanny every week, every other week, twice a month or once a month. The schedule is written the way you’d say it: “Every other Friday”, “The 15th and 30th”.
- Picking a payday — Choose her next payday on a calendar, then how it repeats. The next three paydays show before you save, including what February does.
- Switching schedules — Pay periods you’ve already paid stay exactly as they were. Anything not yet paid moves to the new schedule and is due on the new first payday.
- Billing follows it — Billing, payday reminders and receipts follow each nanny’s own schedule, with dates like “Sep 16 – 30” when she isn’t paid weekly. A progress bar shows how many sessions are done.
- From the start — Setting up a nanny asks for her schedule, and it’s what she sees when she accepts your invite.
