- Matched by phone — Every invite, claim and removal now matches on the phone number the invite was sent to, or on the invite itself.
- Already on OurNanny — Inviting someone who already has an account — a nanny joining a second share, a parent from another family — adds the invite to that account and leaves the rest of it alone.
- Removing someone — Removing a co-parent or a nanny clears only their own pending invite.
- Your real email — The Pod tab, the account row, feedback and the waitlist all show the contact email you gave, or ask for one, and only the contact-email step can change it.
