- Edit the kid, move the session — Extend or shorten a host family kid’s hours and the session follows. No separate session edit needed.
- After the fact — Works once a session has ended too, for the “she actually stayed until 6” corrections. Billing updates automatically.
- Says what will happen — The sheet spells out the new span (“Extends the session to 8:45 AM–5:15 PM”) before you save, and on weekly sessions still asks whether it is this session or all future ones.
- Other families untouched — Kids from other families are never moved by these edits.
