- Schedule first — The app opens on the Schedule, with the date picker on it. The separate Home tab is gone.
- Invited flows — Every invited person gets a path built for their situation: a five-screen welcome for an invited nanny, a claim screen for an invited parent, and a confirm-the-family screen for a co-parent. A partner invite starts from a phone number.
- Phone sign-in — Signing in is by phone number only.
- When a week closes — Billing treats a week as over at midnight on Friday in the pod’s time zone, and past sessions read as over rather than upcoming.
- Version line — The profile screen shows which version the app is running, so it is clear when an update has arrived.
