- Edit in place — Tap the time, the location, the nanny, or a kid’s hours on a session and a sheet opens for just that thing.
- Inline time steppers — Times move in 15-minute steps. Moving a session slides the kids’ hours with it; shortening one clamps them to the new window.
- Cost card — Each session shows what each family pays, what they save compared with a private nanny, and what the nanny earns for taking the share. The copy knows its tense: “You’ll save” before, “You saved” after.
- Dates and cancellations — Payment due dates follow the phone’s own time zone, and a cancelled session drops off the schedule.
- Add a family early — An admin can add a whole family — parents, kids, hosting — before they sign up, and schedule their kids.
